ライブチャットではクレジットカード決済が失敗した問題を解決出来なかったので、知識のある人に直接話しをしたかったのでカスタマーサービスに電話をしました。クレジットカードには問題がありませんでしたが、決済が失敗していました。ですが電話でこの問題を解決し、今後どうするべきかきちんと聞くことが出来ました。
